The company was founded in 2004 at the current headquarters of W&K Fairplay Sports Management GmbH in Mainz.
The friendly and open-minded people in the city and in the surrounding area, short distances to professional and amateur clubs, excellent connections to all relevant destinations in the world, by fast train and air connections, provide personal and professional support for our athletes.

In order to constantly review the many young talents of Cameroonian football, in 2020 we opened not only our own office, but also our own academy “Fairplay Elite Training” in the capital Yaounde.
We continuously organize tournaments for viewing in the age groups 14-22 years, the best players qualified for our academy.
The players thus not only have a constant point of contact, but also receive the necessary basics through individual training in small groups to work specifically on their football career and to improve themselves. In addition, young players receive the best possible support for successful graduation.
